ABATEMENTS
FEBRUARY 1, 2010 IS THE DEADLINE FOR FILING FOR ABATEMENT OF REAL ESTATE TAX FOR REASON OF OVERVALUATION OR DISPROPORTIONATE ASSESSMENT.
PERSONAL EXEMPTIONS
The Board of Assessors is now accepting applications for the following exemptions: Elderly (over 70), Widow, Blind, Veteran, Deferral and Hardship. The application deadline is MARCH 30, 2010.
Applications and information pamphlets are available in the office, by mail, and on the web by going to www.grafton-ma.gov, click on Town Departments, then Assessor, then Exemptions to Qualifying Persons.
